Registrations are now being accepted by mailing in your completed Registration Form, Fee and Signed Commitment Checklist indicating your class selections in the space provided. Registrations are due by July 1, 2010 so we can give you your class schedule at the Open House.

Registration Fee:
A Non-Refundable $30.00 is due by July 1st. After July 1st., the registration fee is $40.00.

Open House
Saturday, August 14, 2010, from 12 pm to 3 pm at the studio. Order shoes & tights this day for arrival before first class. Classes will begin September 13, 2010.

Lessons, Fees Classes, Tutition and Rules
To be eligible for Advanced classes, a student must possess the dedication to work hard, a great attitude and the skill and technique required for the specific classes. This advancement is at the recommendation of your instructor.

2010/2011 Tuition Pricing
Tuition is annual. We are offering several choices for your payments which is based on the length of class time and/or Type.

• 45 - 60 minute classes are:
  • $370.00/year
  • 2 payments of $185.00 due Sept 1 and Feb 1
  • 4 payments of $92.50 due Sept 1, Nov 1, Feb 1, and April 1
  • 9 payments of $42.00 due first of every month beginning with September and the final payment in May
• 1 1/4-1 1/2 hour and combo classes are:
  • $390/year
  • 2 payments of $195.00 due Sept 1 and Feb 1
  • 4 payments of $97.50 due Sept 1, Nov 1, Feb 1, and April 1
  • 9 payments of $44.00 due first of every month beginning with September and the final payment in May

The above fees have been set up to make tuition payments easier. Family discounts p/month are available. See Miss Deb.

Payments
Please note: This rule will be strictly enforced!
Whatever payment choice you select, tuition is due on the first lesson of each month. There will be a $15.00 late charge on any payment made after the 15th of the month. There will be a $30.00 charge plus any bank charges for any checks returned to us by the bank for insufficient funds. Failure to comply with keeping tutition current will result in the student being unable to continue with class.

REMEMBER THE PAYMENT DROP OFF BOX FOR TUITION, ETC.
It is located in the front entrance of the studio for your convenience in making payment. Please place your payment in an envelope clearly marked with the student’s name.

Attendance
Regular attendance is required. It is your responsibility to contact the studio for make-up times. Everyone involved with class is depended upon by other students. Numerous, unexcused absences will result in DISMISSAL. Please phone the studio (860) 489-8776 to report your child’s absence.

SNOW DAYS: Any school cancellation due to inclement weather WILL NOT ALWAYS result in the cancellation of dance classes. Holiday’s from school DOES NOT necessarily mean there are no dance classes. Check your monthly calendars and review them often for important information. Please call the studio telephone for a recorded message.
